The Infertility Research Chair will held educational session on Tuesday 9-6-2009 at 8:30 in the main auditorium, faculty of Medicine, King Saud University.

THE INFERTILITY RESEARCH CHAIR IS HOSTING PROFESSOR GEORGE VILOS

The Infertility Research Chair will host Professor George A. Vilos, Professor and consultant Obstetrics & Gynecology, Infertility and Minimal Invasive Gynecologic surgery Faculty of Medicine University of Western Ontario, Canada and the head of the infertility research chair in the date of 16-5-2009 till 22-5-2009

INFERTILITY SESSION FOR THE PUBLIC IN KING KHALID UNIVERSITY HOSPITAL

The Infertility Research Chair in collaboration with the Infertility & Assisted Conception Unit in King Khalid University Hospital held an educational session in 30-2-1430 about IVF and all problems causing infertility for men and women.

The supervisor of the Infertility Research Chair and the Head of Infertility & Assisted Conception Unit "Dr. Basim Fouad Abu-Rafea" started the session by explaining what infertility means, its causes, diagnosis, available treatments, factors affecting the success rate and Assisted Reproductive Technology including the benefits and negative side-effects.

Dr. Abu-Rafea explains the Eligibility Criteria in King Khalid University Hospital in details. In addition, Dr. Abu-Rafea answered a lot of questions and discusses some cases.

Dr. Abu-Rafea assured that this session is a part of a series of educational sessions hosted by the Infertility Research Chair in order to spread health awareness for infertility patients.
